Where do I shop: SASA and Cosmetic Love ♥

SASA and Cosmetic Love

On this post i'm going to review/my thoughts on my 2 FAVORITE PLACES TO SHOP ONLINE.

Sasa and Cosmetic love are my favorite sites for browsing and buying my Skin care and Cosmetic Products.

About Cosmetic Love: Korea
Cosmetic Love strive to provide our customers with the wide range of Korean cosmetic products from various Korea brands such as Laneige, Etude House, Tony Moly, Missha, Skinfood, TheFaceShop etc, and we are planning to exapnd our line-up of other beauty brands as well. All products are 100% GENUINE and recently produced as we purchase direct from the Korean retail shop and manufacturer.

About Sasa: Hong Kong
Sa Sa International Holdings Limited ("Sa Sa" or "the Group") is a leading cosmetics retailing group in Asia. Listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Stock Exchange) in 1997 (Stock Code: 178). Its over 250 retail stores and counters in Asia selling over 600 brands of skincare, fragrance, make-up and hair care, body care products, health and beauty supplements including own-brands and exclusive products. The Group employs over 4,600 staff in six markets across the region, covering Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan.

----------------------

Products:
As for products, SASA has more wider range of products and more popular compared to Cosmetic Love.(Cosmetic Love/2012 a newer site; when Sasa/2000)

Customer Service:
Both good! and thumbs up! :)

Prices:
I find that some of the products from Cosmetic Love is much more cheaper than Sasa.

Promotions:
Sasa - they always have offer and changes everytime. I like that idea. sometimes they include free shipping too!* :)
Cosmetic Love - they give free gift/samples for every order/combined shipping gifts. Freebies and free tracking number will be provided with multiple quantities of purchase.

Shipping/Rates:
(UK)
both ship worldwide

Sasa - Probably because they ship from Hong Kong, they take about 3-4 weeks before they get here.
Standard Shipping: £11.50. btw, I don't know if its just me or everyone else in UK, there's a fee/Custom charge to pay. I know its not Sasa's fault but.. uggh. even though I only order when they have promotion of free shipping, I still feel like im paying. T__T

Cosmetic Love - Free Shipping! 1-2 weeks but normally no more than 2 weeks. greeeeat! love it!

-------------

Overall:
I like Sasa because of wide selection of products. what I don't like is that my orders take very long to get here. Sasa has my favorite products and they sell deluxe sizes too! love love love it!

vice versa

I like Cosmetic Love because of free shipping and my order don't take a long time to arrive and they give free samples too. what I don't like is they dont have a very wide range of products compared to sasa. I love the fact that products from Cosmetic Love is more cheaper than other sites.

-------------

I LOVE THEM BOTH.  ♥

there you go! my two favorite sites of all time :)

thanks for reading and have a nice day!
If you have any questions, feel free to ask :)

Review: JUJU Cosmetics Aquamoist Hyaluronic Acid Essence

JUJU COSMETICS Aquamoist
Hyaluronic Acid Essence

I was looking for a good Serum since I've used up my previous favorite Serum from Caudalie.
Review for Caudalie Vinosourse Serum if interested:

It was expensive and I can't push myself to buy it.
buuut I found this Juju Serum from sasa while just browsing around on their site.
Here's my Haul from them if interested:

The reviews from this serum was so tempting that I couldn't help myself and ended up buying it.
I have used this for a few weeks and I really wanted to review this the first time I used it.
but what I did is to wait a little bit more just to see whether my opinion would change; (might make me break out or something..)

REVIEW:

Price: 30ml ~ $20.10

buy: http://www.sasa.com/SasaWeb/eng/product/viewProductDetail.jspa?itemno=100856802001

Packaging: From what I saw from SASA's site, thought it was in a plastic bottle. It's actually in a glass bottle with a plastic pump. btw, one pump is just the perfect amount for my whole face.

Smell: No smell.

Texture/Consistency: white colour, gel-type and very smooth. sooo gentle to skin!

Suitable for: Says on the site that it's suitable for all skin types :)

Ingredients:

100% Sodium Hyaluronic ~ to protect and moisturize the skin, penetrates to deep layer of skin and repair the wrinkles and dryness also improves the texture of skin, leaves the skin soft and bright. Mild Acidity formula.
No Fragrance
No Colouring
No Mineral Oil
No Animal Origin Added
*sasa

Comments:

This stuff is amaaaaaziiiiiiiiingggggg! see that?
Soooo sooo much better than any serums that I have tried. I LOVE this

first thing, this spreads on my skin like water-soft-verrry soft water gel thing.
second it will become sticky but for just less than a minute and dries.
and finally when it dries, my skin feels baby soft. I was so amazed by this. I didn't know this
kind of serum would exsist.
and for the price? getting this amazing-ness? beats the higher brand.
This serum is actually for night time but I use this in the morning too.

Overall:

Perrrrfect.
  =   (5 Stars)

Thanks for reading!

<- so cute ryt >_<

Blog #5: SASA - Damaged Items

17.08.12
I'm so dissapointed :(
I just got my order today; 15 mins ago.
Theres one product that was open and it spilled all over the place :(
all other items are soaked :(

I just contacted them and im waiting for their reply.
please don't tell me they will just ignore and tell me they can't do anything about it!
gosh. It's not like I payed $5 for these :(.
so upset right now.

I'll be able to tell how they handle these kind of situations in a few days.
I'll update this post for information.

Update:
22.08.12 - 8:28pm
They e-mailed me today saying
to help them investigate, take photos showing the defects and they'll inform me
accordingly (maybe again after a few days?). Good thing I took photos right after opening the package.

Now I'm waiting for their reply on what to do next.
*sigh..

23.08.12 - 12:30pm
They apologized and decided to refund the damaged item; couldn't be more happier :)
yay. lovin SASA <3

Review: Cettua Silky and Clear Nose Strip & How to use Nose Strip

Cettua Silky & Clear Nose Strip with Hazel

(korean brand)

$2.40 ~ £1.50

Comes with a pack of 6.

How to use:

1. Wash your face and thoroughly wet the nose area.
2. Apply Strip to nose with the smooth side down, pressing down to ensure good contact with skin.
3. Let it dry for 15-20mins.
4. Strip should feel stiff as it dries.
5. After the strip is dried, carefully peel off the strip starting at edges, pulling toward center.

my lovely nose :D
(ew, i know.)

first thing I noticed, it didn't fit on my nose nicely :(
my nose is on the average side btw. :D

so after about 15 mins, I took it off.
It dried for the first 5 mins still I waited 10 mins more.

As you can see there will be residue after taking it off.
so wash it off with cold water.
(cold water to close your pores)
(still ew, i know.)

Review:

It is cheap. But not worth the money. I tried this because of the reviews i've read.
Kind of dissapointted.
The camera isn't picking it up but it was still there.
I love nose strips but not this one.

'will never buy this again.'
'I do not recommend this to anyone.'

= (1 star)
*based on my experience. these are just my opinion.
this may work for you but definitely not on me.

Hope you find this helpful guys. :)

Love,
Criselda ♥
